[~bchapuis], Thanks for all the hard work you have done on this issue. It's a
little sad that the work you did on CALCITE-5399 is reverted, but we're in a
much better place now: users get rich functionality for transforming
geometries, and the licensing is pristine Apache.
I am also grateful to the Proj4j team for being flexible and responsive. Open
source collaboration at its best.
