[~bchapuis] I saw that you moved this ticket to "closed". In Calcite's dev
cycle, when a ticket is completed it has to be moved to "resolved" (closed
state is reserved for the RM, tickets will be moved by the RM from "resolved"
to "closed" when the release is produced).
Could you please correct the state of this ticket? And please check also other
ones that may have the same problem e.g. CALCITE-5281, CALCITE-5280,
CALCITE-5362, CALCITE-5399
