It seems that the work on this ticket has stopped ~5 months ago and there is no
clear trace what needs to be done. I don't think there is enough time to
include it in 1.39.0 release so I will clear the fix version for now. If people
are interested in pushing this work forward please update the case with what
remains to be done and set the fix version to 1.40.0.
