[~zabetak], I have to quibble with your statement that 10 / 0 is constant. In
some semantics, every time you evaluate it, it throws. That’s not what a
constant does. Those semantics - with effects - could in principle be built
into RexSimplify (rather than outsourcing to RexExecutor, which is inferior),
but we haven’t done it yet.
