If we try to generalize a bit we have the following simplification:
{noformat}
IS NULL(f(a,b,c)) to IS NULL(a) OR IS NULL(b) OR IS NULL(c)
{noformat}
when the Strong.policy for _f_ is ANY.
For me the question is the following:
When _f_ is "unsafe/may throw" is the above simplification valid or not?
