I have adjusted the patch slightly, and am running a unit test to see if there
is any issues.
In fact we should add to the krati / jclouds documentation that the consumer is
configured with 10 as max messages per poll.
And also there is a wiki page which lists the batch consumers, I do not think
its fully updated as it may lack these new components as well.
That said, we should possible ask Ioannis why he configured those consumers to
use 10 as max.
