Yeah there should be some javadoc on the ScheduledBatchPollingConsumer, and we
could mention something in the develop new component guide

Where we can refer to some base classes you can extend like we got
- DefaultConsumer
- DefaultProducer
- and all the others
That should be sufficient I think as ScheduledBatchPollingConsumer is for
component developers, and not Camel end users per see.
