The MCP server's CatalogTools currently hardcodes {{null}} as the repos
parameter when calling {{CatalogLoader.loadCatalog()}},
{{loadSpringBootCatalog()}}, and {{loadQuarkusCatalog()}}. This means the
internal {{MavenDependencyDownloader}} only resolves catalog artifacts from
Maven Central.
Users who need catalog data for artifacts hosted in additional Maven
repositories cannot use the MCP server to query those catalogs.
