CamelCatalog.validateConfigurationProperty() can detect misspelled option
names, invalid values, and suggest corrections, but this is not exposed as an
MCP tool.
Add a camel_configuration_validate tool that accepts one or more
application.properties lines and returns per-property validation results with
errors and suggestions.
