* Null-safe shared status reader: a missing key or older status file must not
NPE the whole listing (~22 classes unbox missing keys).
* Explicit name with no match -> exit 3; default (all) with nothing running ->
exit 0, {{[]}} in JSON, "No running Camel integrations" on stderr.
* JSON schema cleanup (breaking, upgrade guide): numbers as numbers, split
composite strings ({{"3/4"}}, {{"12/40/512 MB"}}, {{"1s/2s/-"}}), durations as
millis plus human string, {{status}}/{{routeId}} naming. Update in-repo
consumers (TUI, MCP).
* Fix {{get activity}} SINCE (subtracts now twice), {{camel dirty}} pid prefix
match, {{get processor --limit}}, {{--limit}} applied before sort in
endpoint/consumer/producer, {{get health}} has no name parameter.
