Fix For: 4.24.0
* {{camel stop}} waits for the process to exit (default {{--timeout=60s}}); on
timeout: {{ERROR: ... did not stop within 60s; use --kill}}, exit 4.
{{--no-wait}} for fire-and-forget; {{--kill}} unchanged.
* {{camel restart}} reuses the stop logic, refuses to relaunch while the old
pid is alive (exit 4), waits until the new integration is Started, keeps and
prints the log path (today it is deleteOnExit), early death -> exit 1 with log
tail.
* Both: graceful shutdown via the pid file first, SIGTERM/SIGKILL only on
timeout or {{--kill}}.
* Numeric pid without a Camel status file is rejected (today {{camel stop 1234
--kill}} kills any process owned by the user).
