* {{CommandHelper.ReadConsoleTask}} treats EOF as stop.
* Shared {{--duration=<time>}} on watch/follow commands (exit 0 on expiry).
* Without a TTY: {{--watch}} without {{--duration}} runs once with a stderr
warning; {{log}}, {{cmd receive}}, {{trace --action=dump}} default to
{{--follow=false}}; {{infra log}} gets {{--follow}}; {{hawtio}} defaults
{{--open-url=false}}.
* Interactive-only commands ({{debug}}, {{nano}}, {{shell}}, {{edit}}, {{tui}},
{{ask}} without a question, {{--prompt}}, {{get history --it}}) fail fast with
exit 2 "requires an interactive terminal" (today {{debug}} busy-spins at 100%
CPU).
