Fix For: 4.24.0
* {{doctor}}: exit 1 if any check fails (0 with only warnings).
* {{harden --url}} unreachable: exit 1, no silent fallback to local Ollama.
* {{export --dir}}: compare normalised absolute paths so {{./}} or {{$PWD}} is
treated like {{.}} (not cleaned without {{--clean-dir}}).
* {{doc <component>}} works offline (look up the component catalog before
downloading the Kamelet catalog); {{catalog kamelet}} honours {{--repos}};
{{--sort=description}} NPE.
* {{version get}} with only kamelets-version; {{version set --reset}} keeps
kamelets-version; {{version list}} download failure must not exit 0.
* {{sbom}} invalid {{--sbom-format}} exits 0; Maven timeout without message.
* {{update run --upgradeTimeout}} ineffective (stdout read before waitFor).
* {{debug}} exits 255 on normal end; Maven build exit not checked.
* {{route-parser}} exit 255; {{generate schema}} ad hoc 2/3/4 codes.
* {{validate}} with 0 files checked -> exit 3; plugins print usage to the
printer, not {{System.out}}.
* {{kubernetes logs}} always 0; Maven output discarded unless {{--verbose}};
hardcoded 10 min pod wait.
* {{--jvm-args}} split on whitespace breaks quoted values.
