The JSON dev-console output the TUI forwards to the AI model (via
tui_get_status / tui_get_table / camel_get_errors, etc.) uses the raw endpoint
URI (Endpoint.getEndpointUri()), while the on-screen text output uses the
sanitized form (Endpoint.toString() / URISupport.sanitizeUri()). For
consistency with the rest of the project (e.g. ProjectRoutes.safeUri), the
values forwarded to the model should be sanitized the same way.
Affects the dev consoles in core/camel-console that back the status document
and the TUI (EndpointDevConsole, RouteDevConsole, ConsumerDevConsole,
ProducerDevConsole, KafkaDevConsole, ProcessorDetailDevConsole,
DefaultErrorRegistry, BacklogTracer).
