Support (x) -> e and (x, i) -> e without outer parentheses, lambdas as function
arguments and in var, fun default parameters, and full right-hand expressions
for infix functions. Treat map/filter/reduce/orderBy/groupBy/distinctBy/flatMap
and the string infix functions (contains, startsWith, splitBy, joinBy, replace)
as binary operators at DataWeave precedence, so payload filter $.qty > 1 and
payload map $ + 1 work.
