Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27966 - tests for camel get
history and camel restart (now also a successful restart), and fixes for the
bugs they found: get history failed with a NullPointerException for a failed
step with --show-exception=false, --diagram/--it with several integrations
exited with 1 and a message on stdout (now a usage error), --json ignored
--mask; restart lost the backslashes of a Windows path when it read the command
line back.
