Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27971 - tests for camel
explain and camel harden against a local server that plays Ollama and an
OpenAI-compatible service, and fixes for the bugs they found: harden
--api-type=openai printed only the header, the configuration, progress and
prompts were mixed into the answer on stdout, an unknown --format was ignored,
and a short API key was shown whole.
