Pull request: https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/27978 - tests for camel
version list without downloads (the 4.10 to 4.12 releases the catalog knows),
including its JSON, and fixes for the bugs they found: an invalid
--date-format, --from-date or --to-date was ignored (now exit 2), and the Last
updated note was printed on stdout (now stderr).
