Yes I agree, one or two endpoints capable of consuming all kinds of messages
supported by Twitter/Twitter4j would be great.
Maybe simply mimicing Twitter4j's model would also be good.
I also not very understand Twitter's streaming mechanism but I believe they
multiple many types of messages into a stream, so to be efficient. And stream
connections are very limited.
