The changes in CAMEL-10069 are definitely necessary, particularly in
combination with your patch. With your change to null out the context class
loader, there would be no way for Kafka to load any serializers or partitioners
that are part of the application bundle and configured in via the properties.
It would only be able to load those that are part of the Kafka client bundle
itself.
