[CARBONDATA-2653][BloomDataMap] Fix bugs in incorrect blocklet number in
bloomfilter
The last bloomfilter index file has already been written onBlockletEnd,
no need to write again, otherwise an extra blocklet number will be
generated in the bloom index file.
