This issues was reported for months now and supposed to be fixed in this latest
version.
My only solution was to fail back to 3.0.2 when I've tried to upgrade to 4.0
I actually was unable to upgrade from 3.0.2 to 4.0.2 because the management
server failed to update the database with version exceptions:
