test_vpc_vm_life_cycle.py failed in setup due to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-2914. And there it did not
delete the created accounts. This is a valid behavior, if there is an exception
in setup class its teardown will not be called.
But, test_vpc_vm_life_cycle should not have failed in first place. Rayees,
could you please confirm that you saw this error before 17th June, when the fix
was applied ?
