Sanjay Tripathi commented on CLOUDSTACK-2448:
---------------------------------------------
The fix is available for review at: https://reviews.apache.org/r/13438/
Also, this patch contains the addition of some new guestOS mapping for XCP 1.6
and correction for other XS versions. As the newly added mapping will add the
support of some more guestOS, so bumping the priority of the ticket to critical.

> From Ryan Lei's comments in CLOUDSTACK-1907:
> I'm glad to see this fixed, but there are some other changes in the supported
> guest os type as of XCP 1.6 (at least in my XCP 1.6.10).
> For example, Windows 8 (32-bit/64-bit), Ubuntu 10.10, 12.04 , Solaris 10 (all
> experimental).
> Maybe it's best to completely go through the list in XCP 1.6.x, instead of
> copying the current list and just fix the ones for System VMs.
>
> I also happened to see this line of mistake in _xenServer610GuestOsMap :p
> 729 _xenServer610GuestOsMap.put("Windows 8 (64-bit)", "Windows 7 (64-bit)
> (experimental)");
