Some questions on your earlier comments.
1. "before update make sure zone level setting "dynamic scalable" =true" Can I
find this setting in the UI, or do I have to use updateConfiguration as
described in CLOUDSTACK-741 on Granular Global Parameters? In the UI, I can
only find the global setting enable.dynamic.scale.vm.
2. "mark isdynamic scalable check box" Where is this check box?
