I don't have environment of Ldap server.
So, please provide:
(1) database dump (which has Ldap data imported like what you described in this
bug)
OR
(2) your URL, username, password (if username/password is not
"admin"/"password")

Sorry, I've never had ldap environment, so I've never seen "the ldap add
accounts button".
I presume I'll see "the ldap add accounts button" after I restore database dump
Kiran will provide.
Or I'll see "the ldap add accounts button" in the URL Kiran will provide.
