Hi Jessica,
Once ldap is enabled, on clicking add account button it brings up ldap import
users popup. See this

We need to have two buttons ther. one, which brings up cloudstack normal "add
account" button and the other one is "LDAP add account" button which brings up
the popup in above screenshot.
