One correction above, when reboot was attempted on the host which was slave, 
there was no vm migration. What I wanted to point out was that when host1 was 
rebooted, host2 gets to host all the vms. Now, if I reboot host2, vms migrated 
back to host1 which was the starting point for all the vms.
