Can you please upload management-server.log?
The errors present in catalina.out are actually printed as Warnings not as
exceptions, The first 2 Warnings in the logs are not harmful as they are trying
to Drop indexes and re creating them. those 2 indexes may exists or may not
based on the patches we applied on the existing setup.
I can verify remaining Warnings once you upload management-server.log
