verified the management server logs of similar issue

Those also warnings which are not harmful. In those cases also foreign key
constraints may exists may not exists initially.
What could have done better was before trying to drop foreign key constraints
we could have checked whether they exists or not and then drop. But that is not
happening, so we are seeing these warnings.
