There are several reasons, as well as accidents, for why you might want to move
a public IP somewhere.
To a different network, tenant, etc.
Currently it doesn't seem possible to specify the IP you want when you do an
associate / aquire IP.
Would be great if the API, and eventually UI, allowed you to specify the IP
address you want.
This should of course be checked against the availability and any other regular
constraints.
