@sateesh-chodapuneedi thanks for replying. I think for resizing to work, the
first constraint is that at least the `vmware.create.full.snapshot` is set to
`true`. How about this -- we throw an exception if this setting is true and
diskchain length is > 1, and skip when this is false. As this is a storage pool
scoped setting, we check the value in the root volume's (storage) pool id?
