And sorry about the lack of progress guys. I have Christmas summer
break coming up here, and so should hopefully get these patches in (and
some other bits and pieces).
Now we just need someone to organise a nighly build... anybody know what
to do there?

And I think the normal collections behaviour is to throw NPE's on null
parameters.
Also to be implemented is call through from CollectionUtils.toMap(Collection,
Transformer [, Transformer]).
