I see. When you check out *only* commons-csv (not trunks-sandbox) this will
always be a problem, if the component depends on a SNAPSHOT-parent.
There are two ways to do this slightly better:
1. Add a relative path to the parent in each sandbox component. Then things
will work if and only if you check out the entire sandbox.
2. Sandbox components shouldn't need to depend on a SNAPSHOT-version of the
sandbox parent. Revert back to a released version and thing should work nicely.
