It will be great if you can get this in to 1.4!
I have only compiled under JDK1.6 and ignored the unchecked use of
ArrayList.add(). I doubt there are any problems under JDK1.3, but apologise in
advance if there are.
I don't really know the stats well enough to write something original for the
algorithm description at the top of Anova.java, so I left it intentionally
brief.
