Specifically, the comments in your attached code seem to be reformatted copies
of the RI code snippets that are in the JSR-303 Spec PFD doc, along with the
"@author Emmanuel Bernard" text in the comments. Both of which make me deduce
that this is not a clean implementation of the API and would need to maintain
the Red Hat copyright statements in the source files and in a NOTICE file.
