Rename last Velocity originated classes

It could make sense to rename the last classes that still show the original
ties with Velocity; these are VelPropertyGet, VelPropertySet & VelMethod.
Renaming them as JexlPropertyGet, JexlPropertySet, JexlMethod would contribute
to the code homogeneity.
