I've been resolving issues and closing them when the release is made. Lets
stick to that pattern for v2.0. Reopening so we can resolve as desired.
I think its OK to rename these (along sebb's comment). Ofcourse, this will need
a mention in the release notes but its time to wean off the Vel* prefixes IMO.
