I cleaned up some of the sonar issues as won't fix (too many assertions in a
single test) and some as false positive. I pushed 3 changes to fix issues. The
report should now only contain issues related to algorithm complexity. I am
less bothered about those as the algorithms appear to originate from a
published paper or book. There it is better to stick to the source
implementation.
