Ignoring code duplicates in the issues was not enough. I had to exclude Norms
and Summation using the [ignore duplications
analysis|https://sonarcloud.io/documentation/project-administration/narrowing-the-focus/#ignore-duplications]
setting.
I added some missing coverage for Angle. The code issues outstanding are all
cognitive complexity.
