Re: syntax highlighting. This is supported for many years now with Fluido skin 
and I have now also added improvements to this with the Doxia 2.0.0 stack.

Re: MathJax. How is this related to the skin? This is a purely Javadoc related 
issue, no?

Side note: The Javadoc files use jsdelivr CDN. I wonder whether:
(1) this is GDPR compliant
(2) a technical need
(3) need to be documented here: 
https://privacy.apache.org/policies/privacy-policy-public.html
