Some of the Start/Stop panel fields are only appropriate for certain modes.
It would be useful if the irrelevant fields were disabled depending on the mode.
At present, only the Start/StopImage fields are processed.
However the Class: field does not apply to mode=exe and the Method field only
applies to mode=jvm
