Prunsrv could check service type before deleting it

When prunsrv creates a service, it creates additional registry entries under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Apache Software Foundation\ProcRun 2.0\<ServiceName>
To prevent accidental changes to other services, prunsrv could check that this
entry exists before allowing any modifications to the service.
