Please find here attached a new patch taking account remarks.
It uses only the most basic junit features and is void of any attempt to
propose any testing or graphic framework. Coverage is the same as before.

Hopefully, it is ready for review of the core code of the Gradient Descent,
Newton Raphson and BFGS.
