Nah, it's not a "big problem" because the JRE does the same thing all over the
place. For example {{java.util.Iterator.hasNext()}} does not mention any
exception but {{java.nio.file.FileTreeIterator.hasNext()}} is happy to throw an
{{IllegalStateException}}.
