[~elharo] Can you tell us under what conditions lastModified might throw an 
exception inconsistently? Would this be because the file gets modified in 
between calls? Or is this from something else? The only exception declared on 
{{File.lastModified()}} is SecurityException, and I don't see why that would be 
inconsistent.
