I will try, but I have problems with the original PHP version, so I cannot
create check data. I suggested a few names for the PhoneticEngine test, I hope
Matthew can create valid tests from it. Meanwhile I try to create surname test
data with as wide language background as possible. To do this, I will try to
get familiar with the details of the implementation and the resources (cover as
many patterns as possible). I think if we have a variant real test input we
could cover the whole thing on a good level (the code coverage itself is quite
good by now).
