First commit is in. Thank you for the patch.
Note the I refactored the file attribute constants in an enum.
Question: I commented out the access methods in
org.apache.commons.vfs2.provider.hdfs.HdfsFileSystemConfigBuilder because they
are not used. Is that unfinished business? Should they be removed?
Request: Can you please further document the provider in
{{/src/site/xdoc/filesystems.xml}}?
