Attached patch #6 which:
1. I added myself as a contributor
2. Removed the commented code in HdfsFileSystemConfigBuilder
3. Added a sentence or two to filesystems.xml. There was not a lot of
information for the other filesystems. Not quite sure what you were looking for.
