Description: This is a request to patch QueryLoader so that it calls
loadFromXML when an XML properties file is provided. Maintenance of long,
multi-line queries can be preferable in XML format compared to properties file
format. (was: This is a request to add a method to QueryLoader called
loadFromXml. Just as QueryLoader.load is similar to Properties.load, this new
method would be similar to Properties.loadFromXML. Maintenance of long,
